Where is my order?
Due to Coronavirus delays (staff self-isolating) and additional backlog, Royal Mail are trying their hardest to deliver all orders on time. However, it may take a few additional days or weeks for your order to arrive. If your order is urgent, please upgrade your delivery option at checkout to minimise delivery delays.
I've made an error. How do I update my shipping details?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, it may still be possible to amend your details. Please contact us ASAP via email customercare@fifinlondon.com so we can amend this manually.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address as it is not possible to amend this once your parcel is in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can only be cancelled 15 minutes after you've placed your order. Otherwise we will start processing your order.
